How was your breakfast? I had a fried egg with a slice of soy cheese, 1/2 cup yogurt with some berries and a couple walnuts. It was yummy! It kept me full for over 3 hours. Did you drink your water today? I drank all of it, but not necessarily before meals, especially dinner.
