How was your breakfast?  I had a fried egg with a slice of soy cheese, 1/2 cup yogurt with some berries and a couple walnuts.  It was yummy!  It kept me full for over 3 hours.  Did you drink your water today?  I drank all of it, but not necessarily before meals, especially dinner.

Wed, July 19: Don’t eat while standing up, while on the phone or in front of the tv!  This can have a huge impact on weight loss.  You usually eat too much too quickly.
